It sounds like your battery bank is setup in a parallel series configuration (see attached) so you'll need to connect each negative wire to the negative post on each battery for the 3-Bank NOCO GEN On-Board Battery Charger # NOC94FR to avoid errors with the operation of this charger. That said, we never recommend using two different size batteries regardless of how they are connected together. So in order to use this charger with your current setup you would need to disconnect the batteries from each other on order to charge. Most slide in campers will tie into the vehicle either through a 4-way or 7-way into the truck bumper. The only drawback you'll really see with a 100 ft extension cord and the Bright Way Switch Mode Battery Charger # BRW77FR is that the charging might not be as effective as you would see with a smaller cord.
